Due to the sensitive nature of wellness and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety practices during manufacturing, packaging, and delivery.

2. Return and Refund Policy

To maintain product hygiene and quality standards, INDI PURUSH does not accept general returns or offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

This policy helps ensure that every customer receives fresh, safe, and untampered products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To process your request, you may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product.

The replacement process usually takes 6–7 working days depending on location and logistics.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability
  • Requests made after the allowed reporting period

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order, and we will check whether the order can still be cancelled before dispatch.
